We will deliver most items with Australia Post. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery a notice will be left in your letterbox for pickup at your local post office. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your parcel from the post office. Bulk orders may be sent with a courier service.
Official purchase orders are accepted from Businesses, Australian Government Departments and Local Councils. Send through your purchase order on fax (02) 42341008 or email.
Please allow 2 to 10 business days from date of clearance of your payment for addresses within Australia.
All items purchased are covered by a twelve month guarantee against defects and faulty workmanship.
You may return all unopened items purchased at ADI Security Products within 7 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of $10. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days or receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned: Products that have been fitted, used or damaged by the purchaser are deemed non-returnable. If goods are damaged when received call ADI as soon as possible.
